Easter Eggs aplenty in Gears of War 3

Enthusiasts of Easte Eggs within video games will be pleased to know that Epic Games has added in truckloads of them in the latest iteration of their famed Gears of War franchise, Gears of War 3.

This was divulged by Cliff Bleszinski himself at the recently concluded GDC in San Francisco, where the talk veered to Easter Eggs and their significance to games that we play. Said Bleszinski, "The second after Bulletstorm came out, the front page of Kotaku and all these [gaming] websites was the Red Ring of Death secret. That's your hidden X-factor to extend the launch of the game. So now I'm running into our office like, 'Dude, Easter Eggs, Easter Eggs. Pack 'em in, pack 'em deep."

Where could those eggs be?!

And that's what you can very well expect in Gears of War 3: a whole lot of Easter Eggs packed in deep. Some of them, Bleszinski boasted, are even terribly difficult to find, it might take you months to do so. For your part, therefore, make sure you pack in a whole lot of patience so you can find them all. Or if you don't have that much, then just login to the Internet. We're sure all of them Easter Eggs would have been posted in a months' time, give or take a few.
