According to German site PC Games.de, Crytek chief Cevat Yerli finally "betrayed" the details of the Crysis beta demo to them. "Betrayed" is such a strong word; somehow we feel that Google-Translate has some hidden biases we don't know of.

Well, ahem, moving on... PC Games says that there will be TWO demos: a single-player and multiplayer demo. "To a large extent" it will be an open beta test. Their claim that there are only 20,000 beta keys is disputed, though: dedicated Crysis site inCrysis asked Crytek about this keys thing and the reply they received was that "The information about the beta keys is inaccurate."

Okay, so maybe there may be more than 20,000 or less than 20,000... but one thing's for sure. If there is a limited number of beta keys available, first come is first served indeed.
