StarCraft II - Image 1They cannot be rushed indeed, and all we can do is wait for Blizzard's next due masterpiece. The company has just confirmed the speculation that we won't be seeing StarCraft II within this year.

Via a press wire sent out earlier, Activision Blizzard stated: "Blizzard Entertainment has moved the anticipated release date of StarCraft II to the first half of 2010 to coincide with the relaunch of its upgraded Battle.net online gaming service."

That's not too far away, actually. Before you know it, we'll all get our grubby hands on this title.

Guess they have to work some of their homophobia into the title, like all previous Blizzard games.

When did they originally announce Starcraft II, it's been so long I've forgotten?

Blizzard is a homophobic company. That's the reason I don't buy Blizzard software, their homophobia does indeed effect customer opinions. Perhaps its time for them to rethink their business strategies and fire the conservatives that work for the company. Hmm, now that their a part of Activision, perhaps their already doing that? Maybe this delay is to remove the homophobia embedded into the game before the Activision purchase of Blizzard?
