We've already posted about the first details regarding Bethesda's upcoming Shivering Isles expansion pack for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, but it seems the company itself is still keeping mum about the whole thing.

The details, which were gathered by various online publications from Shivering Isles features on European magazines PC Zone and PC Gamer, have yet to be confirmed by Bethesda. According to 1UP, Bethesda declined to give any sort of official word on the game, saying that they "aren't going to comment on it or confirm anything."

This silence could be due to an exclusivity agreement between Bethesda and the publications in question, but it is still a definite fact that Shivering Isles exists. Bethesda also told 1UP that the time when they can speak freely will "hopefully be soon", so we're expecting the official press release to be distributed soon.
