We know the numbers are overwhelmingly positive, but we just didn't know how staggering the pre-order statistics truly are for Battlefield 3.



Amazon UK more than happily announced that the pre-order numbers are so fantastic, that it's up by 2,302% more than what Battlefield 2 got. Well I didn't even think it would be possible for me to see a jump in numbers that great.

Despite this drastic improvement in pre-orders, however, it's still not quite enough to beat Modern Warfare 3, which still comfortably sits right above Battlefield 3 for the retailer's list. 



Battlefield 3's Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are at numbers 4 and 9, while Modern Warfare 3's PS3 and PC version are at the 3rd and 29th spots.



There's still time to up these numbers some more, though! Battlefield 3 won't be coming out till October 25th, so place your pre-orders for it if you haven't already.



It should be every inch worth it considering that EA DICE just guaranteed that there will be years' worth of unlocks and rewards for you in the game.
