32nd America's Cup - The Game: Website launch and screenshots |
Ó
Targetting a niche market, 32nd America's Cup - The Game (essentially, the newest version of Virtual Skipper), developed by Nadeo is interesting to say the least. The official website of the game has launched providing us with new screenshots and information to the users. Most of you reading will probably be wondering what it's about.
To those who have never heard of the America's Cup, it is essentially a boat race. What makes it different is the amount of tradition behind it. This Regatta is older than the FA Cup by two decades. It even beats out the Modern Olympics by 45 years. This is essentially the "Holy Grail" of yachting.
32nd America's Cup - The Game tries to simulate the entire America's Cup experience on your PC. You have a chance to pilot the boats that compete in this prestigious event. The website has a lot of information on the game including a list of all the ocean water courses available and the various boats which includes the 12 official “Class America” vessels.
The game is slated to be released on April 27 in Europe, while the U.S. release date is yet to be announced. Check out some of the screenshots we have and see if the video game interests you. You can also go to their official website by clicking on the Via link to find out more about the game.
