Super Meat Boy Sells Over 1 Million |

Super Meat Boy, a XBLA platformer that hearkens back to games like Ghosts n' Goblins and Super Mario Bros., has sold over 1 million copies. Team Meat (a name that is just all kinds of wrong), the developers for Super Meat Boy, said on their Twitter feed that the feat was accomplished last month and followed up the claim with "PLATINUM BABY!" I guess they're happy!
Over the past year, Super Meat Boy has been made available on XBLA, PC, and MAC. The 1 million sales spans all 3 platforms.
On a related note, Team Meat is working on a new project and they are also part of the documentary Indie Game: The Movie. The movie's is about, you guessed it, making independent video games and also features the developers of Fez and Braid. Check out the trailer below. It's not exactly new, but worth checking out. It also features a little harsh language, so consider yourself warned.
