Next week belongs to Battlefield 3, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few other games coming out that may tickle your fancy. We'll see a couple of new Nintendo Wii games (no Mario, sorry), a new chance to look like an idiot in front of your Kinect, and yet another generic Dragon Ball Z game. It's going to be pretty hard for any of this to stand out against EA's marketing onslaught, but perhaps the niche titles will do well despite BF3's obvious dominance of the week.

Here’s a quick list of a few of the more notable titles hitting shelves and digital downloads, starting this coming Sunday:
Battlefield 3
• Xbox 360, PS3, PC
• ESRB Mature
• EA/DICE
inFamous 2: Festival of Blood
• PSN
• ESRB Teen
• Sucker Punch
Stronghold 3
• PC
• ESRB Teen
• SouthPeak Games/Firefly Studios
Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi
• Xbox 360, PS3
• ESRB Teen
• Namco
Kirby’s Return to Dreamland
• Wii
• ESRB E
• Nintendo/HAL
Dance Central 2

• Harmonix
Pokémon Rumble Blast
• Nintendo 3DS

Heavy Fire: Afghanistan

That’s the bulk of them – if you’re not one of the million or so people picking up BF3, what game are you planning on picking up instead?
