Working very closely with Peter Jackson and Wingnut Films, Ubisoft is creating a series of games (including a Nintendo DS edition) that will reflect the visual interpretation, character dynamics and dramatic narrative of Jackson's epic take on the classic King Kong story.  Here are 3 new screenshots:

WOW!

I've played the demo of King Kong on my Geforce FX 5000 series PC, and the game itself is pretty.

I'm stunned at the quality of those screenshots, because I have to turn down a lot of detail to get the game running on my PC and those DS shots don't look much work.

Well done to whoever is developing this game, I think this will be the DS's technical showpiece for sure.
