The DS gets even better today at the DICE Summit, Reginald Fils-Aimea announced that the long awaited Metroid Prime: Hunters will feature VoIP support. DS WiFi connection users will be able to chat with their friends and enemies in pre and post game lobbies using the built-in microphone. The voice chat will not work during actual gameplay, only in the game lobbies, still looking forward to trying it out though.

What is VoIP? is it actually voice chatting like the "free phonecall" somebody told me about? or will players in the lobby just the lame option to listen to a short voice recording like in nintendogs?
