Nintendogs Reaches The Million Sold Mark

Since its release on April 20, 2005, Nintendogs for the DS has sold over 1 million copies. This makes it the third DS title to have surpassed this milestone following Animal Crossing: Wild World, and Prof. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain?. Bandais Tamagotchi no Puchi Puchi Omisetchi has also reached this milestone, and is the first third party title to do so.

Additional titles set to surpass the 1 million mark include Mario Kart DS, Yawaraka Atamajuku (Gentle Brain Exercises), and Prof. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? 2.
