Naruto Shippuden: Nin-rittai Emake! Saikyou Ninkai Kessen is one 3DS title that hasn't gotten a Western release date, but it's worth a look. For one, it has all the five Kage in it, so you ought to have one trying to go against the best of the hidden villages.
The videos show a lot of the Oodama Rasengan, but you can also use the Rasen-Shuriken in the Sage Mode. You'll need that much firepower if you'll take on the leaders of the hidden villages.
The lengthily-named Naruto Shippuden: Nin-rittai Emake! Saikyou Ninkai Kessen is expecting a March 31 release in Japan, but there's no word if Sage Mode and the five Kages will be making their way to the non-hidden villages of Europe and North America. We'll update you guys if or when that happens.
