Fans are buzzing about this about this souped up greased lightening DS video seen on YouTube. Packing 100MHz , this DS makes the Mario Kart burn rubber at Mach speeds and then crawl down to 50 and 25 MHz. No details were given on how to turn your DS into a speed demon. But we'll keep you posted as soon as we get the word. (Oh, yeah, thanks toAnonymous Coward for sending this.)

I don't get why you would want to do this?

Ok so you can make your games run faster. Why would you want to unless it was a game that suffered drasticly with slowdown.

Just seems pointless to me.

But not to hackers - they get a kick out of "just" being able to do it.

There mightn't be anything on the lower screen since there are two CPUs.
