TriForce has a 3DS. Do you have yours yet? |

Isiah TriForce Johnson is as hardcore as Nintendo fans get. The fact that he had "TriForce" legally added to his name should be enough to attest to that, not to mention the Nintendo PowerGlove that's always affixed to his right arm.
This superfan makes it a personal commitment to always be first in line whenever Nintendo launches a brand new console. For the 3DS, he actually started a one-man launch line at Best Buy's Union Square location in New York City last Tuesday but store security and New York's finest disrupted his plans.
TriForce's dedication paid off, however, and he was indeed the first to buy a 3DS at the Best Buy launch -- just like he was the first to buy a DSi and a Wii when those gaming platfrms came out in the U.S. Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime and one of Best Buy's presidents, Michael Vitelli, posed with TriForce as they handed him his 3DS just minutes after midnight.

What about you guys? Have you bought your 3DS yet? Tell us your 3DS launch story in the comments.

I asked the guy at the counter and he said only around 40 people preordered theirs. (And ours is the only Gamestop for some distance)

as for the powerglove, its cool and was way ahead of its time conceptually. black and white go with just about anything and its got some quasi-android kinda vibe. the long and short is its really lame to hate on people for doing things they like and having fun, think about it, your basically hating on fun and noone hates fun.
