Remember I wrote about Nintendo getting five juicy demos last month, including Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid?
Probably not, but you’re forgiven nonetheless, as we can be happy for the Resident Evil release, coming to the 3DS eShop tomorrow. Yup, that’s soon.
The full game is out next month and following that, you’ll be getting the Metal Gear Solid 3D demo too, along with Mario & Sonic at the London 1012 Olympic Games and Rhythm Thief & The Emperor’s Treasure. They’re already out in Japan, where the demoes have a limit. Not a time limit like the good old days, but instead a usage limit; you’ll only have a set number of ‘launches’ of each title. It’s an interesting approach, but I think it could work. Well not so much more than just a normal
unlimited usage demo, but a lot more than the frustrating time-based ones.
Will you be picking up one of the titles that the 3DS initially got me excited over?
