Nintendo: No 3DS shortages in the UK |
Listed in: News Tags: 3D, united kingdom

Nintendo UK's marketing manager recently commented on the availablity of the Nintendo 3DS in the United Kingdom.
"We have well in excess of the pre-orders available. I know we haven't published an actual number, and I know there have been a lot of reports out there talking about numbers," said James Honeywell, Nintendo's UK marketing manager.
"All of those numbers are way short of the actual number. So there is literally no reason why you won't be able to go out tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday and buy one. The pre-orders are 140,000. We've got way more than that available out there," Honeywell said.
This comes at the heels of rumors that GameStop, EB Games, and GAME may be seeing supply issues across North America and Europe.
" [...] don't be put off by that. You can go out there and you'll be able to get one no matter what," Honeywell concluded.
The Nintendo 3DS released this past Friday, March 25, in Europe, and will be released this coming Sunday in North America.
