Japanese Twitter user Joshua_x_ has spotted a little logo on an upcoming 3DS title.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Is due for its Japanese release on February 12th, and along with it one can assume that the little icon spotted on the box will come too. The icon is of course the little orange one that says ‘Nintendo Network’. Nintendo have always been a little slow to catch on with the whole online craze, but it seems they’re now leaving Microsoft in the dust, with the only online network not to have the word ‘Network’ in there. Style.

What does this mean for Nintendo console owners? Not much in the way of functionality, but the online services will probably undergo a neat makeover and probably look a bit more orange if the new logo is anything to go by.

TheatrRhythm Final Fantasy also has a little note saying that the game supports ‘premium downloadable content via Internet connections’, meaning that the game might just be the first 3DS title to use the paid transaction functionality added to a recent firmware update.

What do you want to see with this Nintendo Network?
