Big 3DS Demos Released

Nintendo are enjoying live stream announcements this month, last week being the announcement of the new messaging app for the 3DS, this week being the announcement of Japan’s release of 5 new demo’s for the system, and they aren't little ones.


Released today and announced last night, the demos are Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, Rhythm Thieft & The Emperor’s Theatre, New Love Plus, Resident Evil: Revelations and Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D. No doubt the last one caught your eye.


Well sadly, just like the Dragon Quest Collection Box and Zelda Artbook, you won’t be getting these just yet if you live outside of, you guessed it, Japan.

Along with the demos are a batch of 3D videos, and a little announcement by Satoru Iwata that Nintendo will soon have contests every month based on 3D pictures, with celebrities judging the winner, who will bag some nice Nintendo swag.


He also mentioned that Kid Icarus Uprising will support online play, which will be released in US March 23rd. It will support local and online multiplayer, with 3v3 matches and a battle royale.

Most definatley, MGS, and RE Revelations!! Finally real demo's for a real system!! I love my 3DS!!! And no I'm not a fanboy, picking up a PSVita in Feb!!!

Hmm, these games should be fun when they come out. I just hope they do come out (still feels a bit depressed over Megaman Legend 3 being cancelled). Haha, even New Love Plus is there. Admittedly I'm a bit of a fan (don't judge!) but what makes me happy is there so much games from different genres.
