Samurai Warriors: Chronicles gets first DLC |

It looks like Tecmo koei is feeling mighty generous. The company has just released the first piece of free downloadable content for the Nintendo 3DS game, Samurai Warriors: Chronicles.
The pack adds a new scenario called the Battle of Ariokajou. Those who have the Spotpass feature enabled should get it downloaded automatically. once the download is done, 3DS gamers can find the new scenario under the "Gaiden" section of the game's stage select screen.
The battle of Ariokajou is but the first of a planend series of free Samurai Warriors: Chronicles downloadable content. No word yet on what the next free DLC will contain or when they will be released.
Samurai Warriors: Chronicles is among the Nintendo 3DS handheld's launch titles in Japan, Europe, and North America. The game includes every playable character from Samurai Warriors 3 Z / Xtreme Legends and features on-the-fly character switching and online play.

Companies need to take a page out of koei's book, Btw great game they added alot of things!

Would this be the first dlc for a major handheld (excluding cellphones)? I can't think of any of my psp games that had dlc, but i could be wrong.
