WoW! Blizzard working together with gold farmers? |
Ó
World of Warcraft and gold, no matter how weird, seem to go hand in hand. We're not promoting gold farming activities, no, not at all. We all know how these petty money-making activity disrupts the game's balance and takes away all the fun. It's just that the issue has been a recurring one. Over at the official community site of WoW Europe, players are now complaining about the overwhelming amount of gold spelling spams they've been receiving in their mail boxes.
We don't know where this came from but people are even saying that all of these became rampant ever since Blizzard Entertainment offered free trial accounts.
With that in mind, the logical conclusion all these players arrive to is that Blizzard and these infamous gold farmers are working together. Blue-poster Vaneras, on the other hand, re-assures them that their company will never result to such actions. He explained,
We do not accept nor condone the activities of gold sellers and we will very much appreciate if you please keep reporting the gold sellers whenever they send you spam. It can indeed be very frustrating to receive these spam messages through mail and whispers, so maybe it is worth considering getting one of those anti-gold seller addons that can block the spam and make it easier to report it as well?
