Some poster on the Lurker Lounge suggest that the bug featured above involves the priests' Divine Spirit buff. Some have other speculations.
Whatever caused the bug was still in existence prior to the recent maintenance. The video poster claims that this hasn't been experienced since his recording of it. However, WoW Insider reports that there isn't much confirmation on whether it's still occurring.
A GM has replied to the video poster that this was a known issue and can be fixed by re-logging.
