Star Wars Galaxies limited customer support during Presidents' Day

As you are all probably aware, the United States is currently celebrating Presidents' Day or what is otherwise known as Washington's Birthday.

Unfortunately, the holiday will affect the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. According to Sony Online Entertainment, technical, account, and billing staffing for the game will be limited to chat and email support for the whole day.

An official page has been provided for further inquiries which can be accessed via the source link below. Also, SOE and LucasArts are informing each resident of Star Wars Galaxies that phone support normal operations will resume on Tuesday, February 19 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The game with 3 Devs is short staffed?

I hope that all 3 are at the GDC networking for new jobs. SWG-NGE has 6 months -tops.
