SOE reveals details of Star Wars Galaxies Chapter 8

None would deny the fact that the universe is definitely expanding-the universe of Star Wars Galaxies, that is. Thomas Blair, lead designer for Star Wars Galaxies, talked about the latest changes that Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has been working on for Star Wars Galaxies in a recent interview.

Mr. Blair admitted that working on Chapter 8 has been one of the most difficult Star Wars Galaxies updates for the SOE development team. Nevertheless, Mr. Blair said that SOE was able to adjust and adapt in order to bring loads of new Star Wars Galaxies content in the form of a new space zone, a new Heroic Encounter, new gunboat POB ships and a chapter gift, which Mr. Blair has opted not to disclose at this time.

SOE is already in the final stages of testing this latest chapter of Star Wars Galaxies. In fact, SOE has scheduled Chapter 8 to be added to their Test Center today, in case you players would like to get a sneak preview of the new content for yourselves.
