Orc shoulders graphical bug still not fixed in patch 2.1.3 |
Ó
Another graphical bug first found in the PTR for World of Warcraft's latest patch has once again reared its ugly head. Or shoulders, in this case.According to a post by Tojoro on the official WoW forums, the shoulders of male Orcs are half the size they normally are. To get an idea of what male Orcs look like now, check out the screenshot on the right, taken by WoW forums member Rothian.
This graphical issue had already been reported in the PTR, but it seems the patch went live without it getting fixed. Blizzard poster Hortus, who incidentally was the same Blue who acknowledged the first reports in the PTR, said that the fix was not ready in time for the release of patch 2.1.3 and that a fix should be available in the next major patch.

I can't believe that a company with so many subscribers is willing to anger so many customers... it's sad.. so sad that closing my accounts seems to be the best remedy
Ae come on, are you seriously considering cancelling your account just because orcs' shoulders are too small???
well I just did cancel. I might consider coming back but at this point I"m so tired of Blizzard so blatently not caring about their customers. There are plenty other games out there that I can spend my money and time on. This was just straw that broke the camels back. It's a shame too, I've been a huge fan of Blizzard since WC2. Now I'm not even sure if I want to play anymore of their games after how they have treated their customers on w.o.w.

If you cancel because of this, I pity you. For the most part, Bliz fixes all of the major issues they encounter. Smaller shoulders doesn't even come close to something they need to put 100% effort into. I'd rather them make sure that gameplay bugs were fixed and stuff before hand. But hey. If you feel smaller shoulders is like losing girth on your...you know...by all means, cancel. Can't help being embarrassed I guess.
I like the smalll shoulders :) they make me small but still strong :))))
AT least now my hunter with Towering Mantle of the Hunt doesn't look like a freaking clown now. I look forward to looking like a retard on tier 5 however. Thanks Blizzard.
