Never get drunk in WoW again: turn glow effect off |
Ó
Many would argue, but that blurry glow effect in World of Warcraft can get annoying. We're talking about what happens when you drink too much ale, get poisoned by spiders, or other events that cause your character to feel all fuzzy. Before you get into some forum-spamming rage, try looking at your Video Options first. That's right, the hazy effect is a mere visual quirk. What better way to remove it than turn "Full-Screen Glow Effect" option off? Guess it wasn't exactly an obvious choice, since not everyone knows this "secret."
Next time you go party with booze but don't want to get drunk, or the blurry effect during combat simply eats up too much resources, don't forget to turn it off. Just go to Video Options, find Full-Screen Glow Effect, and do what you have to.
