The much awaited Issue 9 :Breakthrough for NCSoft's MMORPG City of Heroes/City of Villains is finally out. This latest expansion brings a slew of new options for players of the game to enjoy.
The MMO's expansion offers players a chance to use the new Invention System to create new gear for their characters to use. Salvage and Recipes bought or taken from fallen foes are used to craft new Enhancements, costume pieces, or temporary powers. In addition they have implemented Consignment Houses (WentworthÂ’s Consignment House for heroes and the Black Market for villains) which mimics WoW's auction houses. Issue 9: Breakthrough also offers a new Hamidon Encounter for both sides, and the high-level Statesman's Task Force for heroes (Why don't the villains get anything?).
