Heroics and the endgame challenges |
Ó
With the Burning Crusade came Outland, and with Outland came the new raid dungeons for folks who finally adapted to the old raids. Although subjected to slight tweaks, bosses were relatively easy to adapt to, given the right builds, groups formed, and the strategies to make the several-hour stretch worthwhile. There have been a fuss at the WoW Forums about how hard some bosses have become, including those in the heroic runs for that uber endgame gear. But the game isn't over yet; there are many new content coming in with the next patch, and although some fixes won't be welcomed with open arms, others will be appreciated.
Blizzard is at work to re-aligning the raid dungeons to scale properly in reward and in difficulty, but with much promised for the new patch, we can only hope that a good majority of the fixes will make it. As Nethaera put it:
I'm glad you've been enjoying them. We'd like to make sure that players that are having difficult times post on the Raids and Dungeons forums about their experiences as well because we are still refining things and are especially interested in how people feel the Heroic modes of the dungeons are working out for people.
Because many players and their friends have actually succeeded past most of the bosses, it shows that the attempt isn't impossible. A good amount of planning and teamwork should make the experience rewarding, even if you win or not. The next time you take a brave step inside, you'll be even more prepared for the unknown.
