Guilds Found Guilty Of Ladder Manipulation |
Ó
In the recently-concluded GWFC Fun Season that was held within Guild Wars, three guilds were found guilty of knowingly participating in what is known as ladder manipulation. There have been proven instances of "intentionally resigning matches or requesting others to resign" in order to influence the status of their guild in the ladder rankings. Because of this evidence, the moderators of the Guild Wars Factions Championships have decided to revoke the prizes that were supposed to have been awarded to the members of the three guilds, even though the said manipulation occurred during Fun Season. The GWFC is taken seriously by members who participate in it as the series is set to end in an international tournament where the prizes at stake include $100,000 and earned trips to different countries.
At the moment, moderators are encouraging all players to submit evidence of ladder abuse or any other violations to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
