Guild Wars Armors? Checked! |
Ó
We don't care if you're the greatest player ever to grace the halls of MMORPG arenas. As far as we're concerned, and as long as we are talking about Guild Wars' PvP aspect, we need to deal with armors. We don't want you guys running around bumping into some monsters without protection.Anyway, NCSoft just released an in-depth review of armors players can choose from for Guild Wars. Please take note that each profession has an inherent bonus already attached to armor. While Warriors and Paragons do not gain any energy regeneration with any pieces of armor, the rest of the other classes do. Also, headpieces always provide +1 to all profession attributes.
Speaking of which by the way, since headpieces are automatically provided to any standard PvP-only character, this part of the armor does not confer any other enhancements. But if you really want to, one good way around it is adding runes and insignia.
When you feel you're protected enough already, don't just run off to the sunset immediately. You will still be needing weapons and maybe a couple of offhand equipments. Take for the example the case of bows. It is needless to say that the rangers are the ones who are going to need this. Different types available for them include longbow, flatbow, re-curve bow and shortbow.
Hey wait! Why are we giving you all these details? If you don't prep up and we run into each other in Guild Wars, we will definitely butcher you with our Order of Pain spell. If you love your character or yourself for that matter, click the Read link below to know counter spells and other Guild Wars details.
