City of HeroesCity of Heroes continues to create a loud buzz in the MMORPG scene since its release in 2004, and even more so with the release of City of Villains, and more recently, the City of Heroes Good Versus Evil Edition.

The Good Versus Evil bundle is packed with loads of superhero goodies that include exclusive in-game items, unique costumes, extra powers, bonus DVD, posters, and one month of free play. Sounds like a great deal, but some gamers might still be asking the question "to buy or not to buy?". Quite understandable, as some would want to know if they're getting their money's worth.

If you happen to be a registered member of MMORPG.com, you can check out just how good (or bad) the City of Heroes Good Versus Evil Edition is with the 14-day free trial. All you have to do is ask. Once you do, you can play as a crime fighting superhero or a henchman to the evil Lord Recluse.

And while you're at it, you might also want to get your hands on a Good Versus Evil Edition DVD, which features the following:
  • Jump Jet Prestige Power - gives your heroes and villains the ability to jump to greater heights
  • "Pocket D" VIP Card Teleport Power - a VIP pass to the Pocket D night club, a place where good and bad can co-exist peacefully.
  • Hero and Villain Costume Pieces - get access to the exclusive Justice and Sinister costume pieces to give your characters the right look
MMORPG.com will be giving out 14-day free trial - for North America, that is - until November 6.
