Camelot grab bag: Patches, fixes and everything nice |
Ó
Heads-up, guys! It seems that there's going to be a lot of stuff happening in Dark Age of Camelot. What exactly are they? Check out this week's grab bag, and see what's in store for you:First off, we heard that the Dark Age of Camelot 5th Anniversary edition will contain "everything up to the Labyrinth". Sanya says that installing it will be way easier than "downloading a gazillion patches", so that gives you a clue how much it's got.
Speaking of patches, you might have remembered the Herald mention stuff about prepatching. Sanya says that prepatching is a common thing that they do before every expansion, for a bit of "damage control". After all, you don't want to download 10 gigs worth of patches, right?
And there's the Herald thing about ever-changing free level timers. Things are fixed now (whoopee!), but here's your friendly Customer Service reminder:
Every time you change the Population Bonus, it alters every Free Level Timer on the Cluster. Please advise players that when we change the Population Bonus, their Free Level Timer may change, and the in-game support team cannot verify their old timer, or alter their current timer.
And that's about it, folks! For your daily dose of Dark Age of Camelot updates, just stay tuned here at QJ.
