Burning Crusade delay confirmed |

Remember that Burning Crusade delay rumor we just reported to you guys? Well, hereÂ’s something official regarding that matter. Blizzard Entertainment has recently announced that the release date for World of Warcraft: the Burning Crusade will be in January 2007. According to Blizzard, this few extra weeks delay is needed so that they can extend the closed beta test thus further refining the game.
Mike Morhaime, president and co-founder of Blizzard Entertainment says that they appreciate the enthusiasm surrounding their product and they are “confident that the extra time spent polishing the game will result in the high-quality experience that our players expect and deserve.”
No info yet on specific worldwide release dates, pricing, and other details. They say thought that they will announce it to the press in the “near future.” We’ll update you when we get word.

Well, well, well. It sure has been a while for wow to get an expansion. And now its delayed. I bet blizzard it too busy rolling in their cash to pay attention to the fact that they suck, and are a money grubbing company now. What a sucky team
Now lets look at guild wars. 6 Months after the origional came out, they released an expansion. 6 months after that, (in a few days) they release their second expansion. Whats the difference you ask? They arnt money grabbing faceless douches like blizzard has turned out to be.
I want Blizzard to take their time on this. I would rather wait a couple more months, see some more content and such then have blizz come out with a half finished game. I say let them take as much time as they like, no matter when they release it 7,000,000 are going to want to get it.
Oh well... I can wait a little longer... after all, Zelda's been delayed for like 2 years now...
Blizzard sucks, not for this reason but for their
"money grubbing" ways. screw blizzard, I cant believe I used to love this company.
The delay is just as wrong as a Paladin who thinks he is a Tank! You don't get much worse than that...
