Bits and pieces: sneaky merchant, Frostbolt, and Moves |
Ó
Alright, first things first. Let's talk about that sneaky no-good troll merchant down at Shattrath's Lower City. His name is Griftah (the name should clue you in) and he sells... well, Soap on a Rope and other "Amazing Amulets". No idea what that does so don't get taken by his sales talk. By the way, of you're wondering what a tikbalang is, it's a half man half horse monster in Philippine lore. But we doubt you're going to meet any in Azeroth.
Now for the mages' issue - Frostbolt XII apparently uses more mana and is less powerful than Frostbolt XI. Tseric explained that Rank 11 is a book drop as opposed to Rank 12 which is available from a trainer. Some players argue that Rank 11 has been trainable since the November patch. Hmm, we'll check back for the end of that discussion.
Lastly, regarding the character moves. According to Nethaera, there's a new process with free character transfers and paid character moves as "Players will now be able to queue into the system for the destination realm they wish and continue to play that character until the specified period of time the move will occur. Characters will only be moved after they are logged out of the game. Moves will occur each day from 12:01 AM PST until 2:00 PM PST."
Got all that?
