Those who were able to participate in last year's Dragon Festival event in Guild Wars might have some fond memories. This celebration commemorates the victory of the Dragon Empire over the vile forces of Abaddon, after all, so there's quite a lot of history to proud of here.

The Dragon Festival Redux will be held on the weekend of August 10 to 12. You'd want to head over to the Shing Jai Monastery for that - all Canthan citizens are welcome, while other gamers from other nations are invited as well.

Here's what's lined up for you during the festival:
  • Reenactments of the Dragon Empire campaign
  • A special appearance of Emperor Kisu
  • Victory Tokens to be won and collected
  • mini-games and PvP battles
