A beginner's primer for WoW Rogues |
If you've decided to roll a Rogue, you'll probably be overwhelmed by the talents available for your character. Picking the right ones is important since these talents dictate the efficiency of your character in Blizzard's World of Warcraft.
The proper selection of talents makes the difference between surviving and dying in the game. With that in mind, we'd like to direct you to a sticky from the official WoW Forums which details every single talent currently included in the Rogue's talent trees.
Each entry also has a PvP rating, Solo PvE rating, Raid PvE rating, and some comments from the creator of the thread outlining its usefulness. Here's an example from the said post:
Cold Blood: When activated, increases the critical strike chance of your next offensive ability by 100%.
PvP rating: Excellent
Solo PvE rating: Decent
Raid PvE rating: Decent
Comment: Ah, Cold Blood - the very essence of burst on demand. An excellent key talent in whole, and useful for a wide range of abilities.
If you're interested to see the full list, head on over to the WoW Forum via our Read link to check it out. The knowledge that can be found in that post will undoubtedly help you choose the best path for your Rogue.
