'Twas just a few days ago when we introduced the brilliant, hardworking people that compose the Tabula Rasa team. And while we've been talking here about the weapons, the classes and other stuff involving the game, we really haven't heard the official group speak.That's why the recent interview with the TR team is very welcome and most refreshing, to say the least.

The term Tabula Rasa which refers to the concept of how humans start by having no mental content is quite literally used within the game. Players have blank slates that they use to record found logos knowledge. "The idea is further explored in the game via ethical parables and choices players make that determine who the players turn out to be since every player begins basically the same," the team shares.

The blank slate concept is the team's main reason for sticking with just one race- the humans. Gamers' decisions while playing will then determine the outcome of their characters, which the group refers to as an inverse tree leveling system. They added then that "the other reason is that the story is ultimately about saving humanity.

Tabula Rasa has a range of weapons, tools and abilities including those based on the power of Logos. The gameÂ’s story goes into this power and its origins. Every player-character has the ability to acquire logos abilities regardless of class."

Another key feature of the game is the NPC characters. Aside from them being more free-thinking, the game also allows players to team up with NPCs. Mission objectives can also be received through travels via NPCs. Speaking of travel, Tabula Rasa offers wormhole teleportation of varying magnitudes from local transport to planetary transport.

And should you be wondering how massive Tabula Rasa could be, the TR team replies, "TR has large battlefields where players and NPCs struggle to take area control points. These control points give players the opportunity to change the tide of battle and unlock content. Expect epic battles!"

Finally, while the TR team admits that there is still no exact amount for the monthly subscription fee, they promised that they would be constantly releasing content.
