There are series of video's released showing the technology used in the forthcoming multiplayer, Project Offset. The game, set in an epic fantasy world, allows players to choose character classes and then explore a vast medieval fantasy land. While players can join up in clans to perform mission objectives, there are also solo, co-op and death match modes. There are many mystical characters including dragons and goblins. So far the title is a working title. It is a confirmed PC game, but rumor has it that it is coming to next-gen titles such as the Xbox 360. The video demonstrates technology such as self-shading, motion blur, and random character actions. These look quite interesting and the game looks promising. Originally previewed at the GDC conference, this game is still much in the making with its 19 strong development team. Stay tuned for more updates on this game.
