New screenshots for Gods and Heroes have been released for your viewing pleasure.

"Gods and Heroes: Rome Rising is set in the early days of Rome when it was still developing its military and culture, and yet thirsting for power that conquest can give. To fulfill this goal, Rome will strive to expand her borders,  the consequence of which is the creation of multitude of enemies, both near and far.

The developers of the game have promised stunning visuals and visceral combat system that allows characters to execute attacks and defenses that trully impact their opponent physically. There will be "finishing" moves that will provide more dynamic and dramatic feel to the game. Looking at the screens, I'm convinced that the developers of the game will make good with their promise.
