Ahoy, mates! Pirates of the Burning Seahas a new guy on board, Drew Clowery. This guy sure looks serious about work, so we can look forward to lots of good stuff from him in the future. He admits that he's been a Junior Designer for Flying Labs for about a week or so, so there's nothing much he can tell you about the game that you don't already know. However, he does know one thing really well (which you don't have a clue about) and that is, his "success story" in Flying Labs.

Drew C. worked for Mythic's customer service department for quite some time. He said that he was in a "high stress position", as he often got yelled at by Dark Age of Camelot players for things way out of his control. But a man's got to eat (and pay bills), so he stuck with the job for over a year. Besides, he says that "working for Mythic turned out to be a great job, and generally a great experience" for him, so it's all good.

But this guy's a true gamer by heart, and when he left Mythic, he applied for "Full Sail: School of Film, Art, Design, Music and Media Productions" in Orlando, as the said college offered a course on game design and development. He graduated in 2005, and started looking for a job, and about 10 months after, he saw Flying Lab's job opening for a Junior Designer position, so he decided to try it out for himself. And the rest, as they say, is history.
