Pirates of the Burning Sea's customer service developments - Image 1It's not surprising that players will face certain difficulties while engaging Flying Lab Software's Pirates of the Burning Sea.

It's good to know, however, that the developers were kind enough to launch the Game Play section that provides additional basic information players need.

Along with Game Play section, the devs will be providing additional help to players through the customer service. They first released it during the beta version of the game.

Developments continued as they got to know more and more of the dynamics happening within the game.  Currently, they have hired additional GMs after the official launch. They increased the number of GMs for them to address efficiently the concerns of the growing population of gamers.

Furthermore, they added the additional information telling players the how-to steps in utilizing the game's customer support. From reporting an incident to following through with it so that the issue can be resolved effectively.
