ObliviverseRIOT Gaming, an independent group of developers led by Joshua Clay (former developer from Applied Genius Entertainment), has purchased the rights to Oblivion: Destiny's End from the now defunct Applied Genius Entertainment.

But all of you looking forward to the release of this game shouldn't fret as development of Oblivion: Destiny's End will continue under the lead of William Ballard, Lead Developer from RIOT Gaming. After much delay, and troubles, the game is finally back under development. The game is said to include many new features yet to be seen in the MMORPG world today. Some of these include a dynamic server system, an advanced lighting system, and incredibly detailed roleplaying elements. Here's hoping that the scheduled Alpha Test of the game on April next year will proceed as planned.
