NCsoft's activities at the Memorabilia Show - Image 1NCsoft Europe has just announced that it will be making its presence felt at this year's Memorabilia Show which is scheduled to take place on November 24 and 25, at the Birmingham NEC.

For those not quite familiar with the event, it's actually the longest running cult movie, TV, comic, video game, music and sport convention in the UK. Displays from notable MMORPG franchises like City of Heroes/Villains and Guild Wars will be put up.

Aside from that, NCsoft is also encouraging its fans to attend the event dressed as their favorite characters. The company will also be continuing its Draw the World Together project in which donations will be given to UK charitable organization EveryChild.

The company also mentioned that if your donation reaches 10 GBP or roughly around US$ 21, you will be entitled to a A4 glossy photo of your "in-game persona", presented in a special commemorative folder.

Furthermore, the said photo will also be post-processed to add game-style special effects, making for a truly one-of-a-kind image. NCsoft also provided this list of other activities:
  • The professional comic artists of Draw the World Together, including Andrew Wildman and Mike Collins among others, will also be on the NCsoft stand both days. The artists will be sketching drawings of anything visitors want in return for donations to charity.
  • A new event this year, "Draw the World Together Live" will feature Draw the World Together artists sketching the NCsoft models live on stage, on the big-screen, so fans can follow every pen stroke for themselves.
  • Live demonstrations of Richard GarriottÂ’s Tabula Rasa and the latest chapters in the hugely popular Guild Wars and City of HeroesÂ’ sagas, ensuring everybody can keep up to date with NCsoftÂ’s latest releases.
  • Attendees can pick themselves up a bargain at the NCsoft shop, with half price deals on cracking titles such as Guild Wars Nightfall: CollectorÂ’s Edition and fantastic savings on exclusive NCsoft merchandise.
