Those who have a knack for drawing out the laughs out of just anything should take a gander at the latest screenshot caption contest for Flagship Studios' Hellgate: London MMORPG. Do check out the picture on the right for the screenshot: it looks like a depiction of bloodslaying that's getting a bit routine, what with the imposing red demon hovering in the air, the blazing hot fire, and all the usual stuff. Think you can spin a bit of humor on this shot?
This time around the prizes at stake are an exclusive Hellgate: London poster and a pack of Hellgate: London postcards, perfect as additions to the collection of any and all Hellgate aficionados. They're worth the effort of getting more brain juices flowing than the usual.
The contest is open to everyone, but you should get an IAHGames passport before joining the contest. All the captions should be in English, and you can send as many entries as you want provided that you won't spam them.
The contest will end on September 13, so there's actually plenty of time to think about lines that would tickle fellow gamers' funny bones. Happy brainstorming!
