EVE Online - Image 1 CCP's EVE Online is looking really awesome. The addition of the Trinity Expansion and the multiple patches the developers have been releasing for it have only made the game better with all the added features and refinements.

Those who want to try this game out but haven't had the chance to do so may be pleased to know that Steam is offering a 21-day free trial of the game. Gamers who decide to avail of this offer can decide whether to subscribe to the game service or discontinue it after the three weeks are up.

Those already playing the game should be advised that the product keys will not work with existing EVE Online accounts. This means that you cannot use the free keys to extend your playtime by 21 days. Too bad, it would have been cool if they gave a couple of days free to the older subscribers of the game to celebrate CCP's partnership with Steam.

» Awesome Game

This game is one of the best MMORPG's i've ever played. Truthfully its very complicated and won't appeal to most people, but if your one of the people who like complex marketings, and combat systems, this game will be awesome for you. However if your a WoW player, you probably won't like this game as its very differnt in contrast to WoW. You don't have a walking/moving player, you fly various ships and the ships you fly are the only things you will see. If you don't have a ship your in a flying small pod. This game takes a bit of time to get into as you won't have many things to do when you first start off. But as you start gaining skills you will be opened to do many more things. This game has no "leveling" system, this game uses a skill points system and you gain a certain amount of skill points per second depending on your attributes. The game isnt about high level > low level , its about smart and proper skill distribution.

» That sounds interesting

Who knows, we might eventually have a good number of EVE Online players here at QJ.NET. Perhaps we can even start our own consortium.
