Flagship Studios ennumerates what it is doing for Mythos |
Ó
When you have an MMORPG that hasn't been officially launched yet, curious players will want to know what they can about it. Fortunately, Flagship Studios Seattle has chosen to inform Mythos players about the latest developments regarding the game.
For example, here are some of the things that Flagship Studios Seattle has been tweaking in Mythos, based on player observations and feedback:
- Flagship Studios Seattle has been working on enhancing the social component of the game with a contiguous overworld for each Zone, starting with Greenreach.
- If monsters creep too near the town, guards will rush to the town's defense.
- The developer is trying to see how far it can push Mythos server population; Flagship Studios Seattle hopes to have 150-200 players in an overworld at one time.
- Quest givers are no longer limited to towns. They may now be found in farms, in the wilderness areas and what not.
- Recall Charms now take you back to an actual town, and they actually open a return portal there
- PvP is now separated completely - players who create Shadowlands characters remain in the PVP realm at all times, with no switching back and forth.
- Zone 2 and Zone 3 have been temporarily cut off. This is so Flagship Studios Seattle can convert their respective overworlds as well.
