EverQuest II gets new trailer

It's been a really long while since we last heard from EverQuest II, and it's been much, much longer since we saw any of it last. SOE has now broken their silence, though, and has come out wiht a brand new trailer for their MMO.

If anything, what this release achieves the most is to remind us that it's still very much existing and it's going nowhere with a new expansion but on your PCs in a few more months.

We've yet to hear from SOE exactly what the game features will be for the newest expansion, Age of Discovery, but we imagine they should be coming out with the details soon enough. In the meantime, says SOE of it, "EverQuest II is the next generation of fantasy online gaming, a huge online world where friends come together for adventure and community. Featuring breathtaking graphics and a vast, beautiful, and dangerous game world to explore, EverQuest II sets the standard for graphical realism as players are immersed in the game's exciting locales and mysterious lands."

This video here should help you decide if their word really is as good as they claim. They've come out with Destiny of Velious earlier this year, too, as well as revealed a collector's edition for it.
