With the success of last year's Alliance Tournament, the developers and GMs are looking forward to the new PvP tournament which will feature all the new updates from the Trinity expansion.

The Fifth Alliance Tournament will be held over the first two weekends of March 2008, with the first matches played out this February 29. The matches will be organized by the tournament committee, to be headed by GM Nova and comprised of GM Xamother, CCP Fendahl, and CCP Mindstar.

Just as last year, the tournament will be streamed live and for free with coverage from some of the top names in the EVE Online PvP community, who will be giving out commentaries and analysis for the different matches.

In any case, ambitious pilots who plan on participating should hop on over to the official website and look up the details on how to sign up for the Alliance Tournament.
