That's why The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar (LOTRO) is more than happy to announce the LOTRO Cloak Design Contest!Giving you fans the opportunity to get creative and style up them fancy wizards and cute little hobbits, Turbine provides you with a cloak template. Here, you will create a design that you would like to see in the game, and if your entry gets picked, then you will see your designs in the game, just as you imagined it.
