DDO's Risia server back up: 10x exp for testers |
Ó
It's time to cast some more magic missiles into the darkness, as Turbine's Dungeons and Dragons Online is looking for a few more brave adventurers to help them test the new content they'll be putting up. To do that, they've brought Risia Server back online with a big boost for new people who want to try out the game. Unlike our earlier mention of the DDO testing phase on Risia, the big incentive here is the experience multiplier they give to people willing to test the game and the content they've put up. Instead of your usual double or triple experience incentive for testers though, they've opted to give anyone testing on Risia 10 times the regular experience to speed up your level gain, and entice you to try out the new dungeons they've made for the Evil Resurgent update.
Yes folks, ten experience becomes a hundred on Risia for a short while. All they ask is that you visit the appropriate NPCs to get the quests for the six new dungeons, and then smash through those dungeons while giving input along the way. Sounds good, right? If you're new to the Risia server, and not a copy from Adar, Aerenal, Argonnessen, Aundair, Fernia, Ghallanda, Kyber, or Lhazaar, then you're going to love the big boost you get from the experience multiplier. Make sure to thank Turbine Inc. when you send in those bug reports!
If you want to know more, feel free to check out the source page, and the announcement for the previous testing phase on QJ for more info. Good luck gamers, and next time, fire magic missiles at your enemies, not at the darkness.
