Codemasters announced that its €10,000 (US$ 13,000) treasure hunt for Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach is still on-going. The event started December 11, 2006, and will continue until March 10, 2007. A total of 10 special Soul Stones will be placed randomly in the game world.
Each one will be worth €1,000 (US $1,300) in real world money. Find one of them then hand it in to a competition official to claim your money. It's that easy. Well, collecting the prize money is easy but the searching for the stones won't be. Riddles and cryptic clues will be given and those who can decipher them has a chance of locating the Soul Stones.
If you're really, really good you can even find all 10 Soul Stones and collect all the prize money! The treasure hunt, unfortunately, is open only to DDO members living in Europe.
